How they are made.
1. Kicker fabric tubes are pre-sewn to assure a timely delivery. We trust all of our stitching to Janice Handmade Official. Janice is a local seamstress who takes pride in her work and loves the art of sewing.
2. Kicker tube storage: The tubes are then stored in our tube bin with fresh cut organic, homegrown catnip that we grow right here. The fresh nip is refreshed every two weeks.
3. When orders are received, kickers are carefully assembled:

If the purchase was for KickAss or PersonalityKicks , uploaded images are prepared and imposed on the kick tubes.

A generous amount of our KickAss catnip/silvervine blend is packed in the bottom of the kicker tube.

Kick tube is hand stuffed with layers of quality hypo allergenic polyfill, additional catnip, and optional mylar (for that crinkle sound cats love).

Kicker is is topped with another generous amount of KickAss blend, so each end, where cats focus on kicker toys, is the most potent.

Kicker tops are sealed using a safe fusible bonding web and a hot press. Refillable kickers: The fold in pouch gets additional nip and is tied off for later refill's.

If your kickers include a toy or feather topper, they are tied on and your kick toy is is ready for packaging!
